We’re Hiring for 2025!

Mad Radish is a small, diversified farm currently transitioning to organic, located in York County Pennsylvania. Our vegetables are the main focus on our farm, growing for our 150+ member CSA program, farmers markets and wholesale accounts. We also raise pastured chicken & eggs and have plans to expand our livestock operation in the future, starting with goats and sheep. Diversification is very important to our overall farm values and mission.

Most of what we do is centered around vegetable work, including seeding in the greenhouse, bed preparation, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, washing, packing and finally, selling! Chicken chores do take up a significant amount of our time, particularly during key times like receiving chicks, moving to pasture and loading for processing.

We’re looking for a few hard-working, passionate individuals to join our team in 2025! We are seeking folks who:

  • Are passionate about farming and are highly self-motivated, with a strong work ethic

  • Work effectively & at a fast pace both in teams and individually

  • Are efficient, energetic, communicative, adaptable, curious, focused and dependable

  • Are physically fit; able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in all types of weather for long periods of time
